Society Adma

Society Adma is a thoughtfully designed mixed-use destination conceived to integrate seamlessly within its local context and foster meaningful community engagement in the heart of Adma, Keserwan. Its location plays a key role in supporting social interaction, collaboration, and long-term sustainability, positioning the project as a positive contributor to the surrounding area.

At its core, Society Adma brings together dining, retail, and lifestyle spaces within a welcoming environment that encourages interaction and discovery throughout the day.

On the ground floor, within the building walls lie countless experiences designed to tantalize taste buds, inspire artistic kids’ activities, and nurture the boundless curiosity of young minds. Three spaces are reserved for restaurants and coffee shops, while five spaces are allocated to service-oriented shops, including pastry, bakery, delicatessen, and similar concepts.

An outdoor courtyard serves as an extension of the dining experience, featuring landscaped elements and outdoor furniture such as fountains, artistic features, and seating, and functioning as an open-air section for restaurants within a comfortable and engaging setting.

On the first level, two dedicated spaces are reserved for wellness including a GYM, Pilates and spa, each benefiting from a private outdoor area, adding flexibility and extending the project’s experiential dimension.

At the heart of the project, an open garden acts as the central attraction and common outdoor seating space for the entire development. Its landscaping and maintenance are provided to ensure a welcoming shared environment. Along the peripheral sides of the project, parking spaces are integrated, alongside practical service circulation linked directly to the backdoors of shops and restaurants, ensuring smooth operations without disrupting the visitor experience.

Designed with attention to functionality, flow, and long-term value, Society Adma is conceived as a lively yet refined destination that supports community connection while offering brands a well-structured and sustainable commercial environment.
