Hicham Ragheb brings over 24 years of experience in strategic consultancy, organizational change, and continuous improvement, with deep expertise in hospitality, real estate and retail development. He began his career after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism from Pigier-Supec in 2002, building his journey from the ground up with dedication, hard work, and a commitment to learning.
Throughout his career, Hicham has held key leadership positions, including Sales Manager at Le Royal Hotel & Resort, Beirut; Sales & Marketing Manager at Ramada Hotel, Beirut; Director of Sales at Le Gray, Beirut; and Managing Partner / Director of Business Development at Glocal Focus. These roles shaped him into a strategic growth catalyst, recognized for providing clear vision, strong leadership, and sustainable, results-driven solutions.
Today, Hicham serves as the Founder and Managing Director of amlak Properties & Consulting, guiding the company’s evolution into a full-service consultancy and property management firm.
